The Ultra5 version of this AFX body has a rounded front air dam and a separate wing. It is on a Type "A" Chassis. The following stickers should be on the car:
- Front - Heuer, #11
- Sides - GoodYear, Heuer, #11
- Wing - AURORA/GoodYear
The wing is often broken, and typically the stickers can be destroyed or missing. The white helmeted driver is in a flat black cockpit. The engine is also painted flat black. The rear exhaust/engine is painted in silver trim.
