Welcome one and all to HOSLOTRACER.com. I've been wanting to create this site for awhile now, but due to lack of time I kept putting it off. We're just getting started and there is a lot to do...
Why yet another slot car site? Well, there are many out there, some very good, some not so good. One feature I felt was lacking was a sense of community. Yes, there are some forums and mailing lists you can join, but all in all most sites display some content and you get to view it. What will set this site apart is that you, as a registered user, can create, submit, AND publish new content.
As we move forward, I plan to implement many new features not found on other slot car sites, such as:
*Collection Management: You'll be able to EASILY manage your collection here
* Wiki: Together we can build the ultimate slot car reference
* Reviews: Current and timely product reviews, previews of what is coming
* Articles: You can post blog content, stories, tips, tricks and more!

I wrote that 2 years ago as a welcome message in the old forum. We've come a long way, some dreams still remain unrealized regarding the site. If you are just joining us, welcome, also be aware we've had numerous issues with moving the site to a new server and the fun that goes with that. I stay busy at the moment mostly chasing problems. I'd like to put those behind me so i can get back to posting more content.
I am a collector of "Aurora" mostly. I have other brands here and there, but predominantly Aurora.
