...but haven't seen it snow "up" before. I think today is going to make yesterday look pretty weak. Have about 8" on the ground so far, but it is supposed to keep going until midnight.

Some thing is very wrong! This is a photo out my window, today. My burn pile and the llama pen should be under 5' of snow. I guess it's just falling back east this year.
Serge; we're not talking Dalai Lama here are we? Have they bit you lately or spit at you lately? Did you shear their wool this season? Just checking to see if the altitude has finally gotten to you Lad! I know I was at my best at eight thousand feet but you are immensely higher! You know I am kidding! God Bless! Tonymgbbrown
Matt; A guy in my field crew was from Borger, Texas in the Hill Country and his mom dated Tony Lama. I have a pair of Autumn Veal Tony Lamas' that go up to my knees-bought them in 1976 from Willow Springs in Raton, New Mexico. I bought a nice straw Stetson and a chocolate Bailey Ten Gallon-both with a Northern Plains Goin' to Hell crease in the front crown. The Tony's- I had the sole doubled and the heal stacked for riding so I will cut them back for walking some day. My wife Sharon Ann HATES them but she is from Phillie and therefore has an excuse. Them's man boots! They have an X toe so if you get kicked-watch out! I have kept them as nice as the day I bought them! The photo is of the same boot but not mine-they have a darker sole but just as canted. Mine are taller. God Bless! Tonymgbbrown

hi tony
i cant afford the cash on those babys. not really a designer boot kind guy. i actually prefer my plain (no design) crepe sole justin ropers. got em in black, and in saddle brown. my brown ones i use at work, or around the house. as comfortable as slippers if ya ask me. the black ones i have 2 pairs, one pair with rubber soles for just steppin out, the other pair in black has a smooth bottom for boot scootin.
if your ole lady dont like em i guess being from the city she just dont get it. its funny i am from jersey, in the city, but never fit in there like i fit in here in texas. i only have one pair of dress shoes, and one pair of sneakers, but 3 pairs of boots. go figure.
I've seen a lot of things
