Tomy AFX Stars & Stripes Chevy Corvette GT #1.

Tomy did a pretty good job with its' version of the Aurora AFX Chevy Corvette GT. It's a real shame this model was then discontinued in future releases.

I guess in the handover from Aurora to Tomy, some models were deamed good enough for re-issue, even if for a fleeting moment in time anyway.

This is one of the last models I needed to complete the set of Aurora-Tomy AFX transition cars. It took me a while, but countless sleepless nights of searching and constant emailing (pestering) finally paid off.
