Much like all of the Tomy Ferrari's, this is a very good replica.

Good examples are getting pretty thin now. This Ferrari is a little tatty up front but overall rates a 9/10.

I've been told Ferrari mad fans snap up everything Ferrari and they scour the earth looking for the stuff. Would answer why numbers are thinning now.

There are a few different versions of this car with and without cigarette sponsorship and a few different other decals. This car I believe is the most common of them.
