Aurora AFX Dodge Van Rescue Vehicle White, Orange.
This is my favourite van from this AFX series. All the Dodge vans had the same basic body but the rescue cars had the top piece added. These can be a little top-heavy so flipping them can be a hazard. I also found the 4 gear specialty chassis' unreliable and I had to tinker with every one I own to free them up a little. Of course age was a factor too.
